When my hot tub heater would not turn on a lady at Pool World tried to talk me through diagnosing the problem over the phone in order to save me a lot of money. I could not fix the problem in it and it ended up being rather complicated. The service worker was very nice and did a good job

I bought a house 7months ago that had an existing hot tub. I had no idea how to maintain it so I called Pool World and talked to a salesman named Shane. He talked me thru filling it and checking all of the filters. Hot tub is up and running. Didn't know much about the chemicals so I brought in a water sample and Shane showed me what to add and how much and how often. He was very helpful and haven't had a problem since.
