The staff at Pool World would have received ‘5’ star rating but I believe you can always do something to improve your service & performance - furthermore, Dan, the North Store Manager must feel the same - his example through-out the process of purchase, set-up and delivery of our new hot tub and sauna was clearly aimed at our customer satisfaction. From the moment we walked into the store to the delivery and set-up at home, Dan and his staff made us feel as if we were their only customer, certainly we were made to feel we were a top priority. From start to finish, the North Store team performed with out exception. I also greatly appreciate, my many follow though questions, every time I come into store they are their to greet me and help me with my every inquiry.
Thank You Pool World for making our spa and hot tub one of the most enjoyable parts of our lives. We certainly are enjoying being home!!!
